For all new/unworn watches, Wrist Wready is responsible for the original manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. For pre-owned watches, we offer the same warranty for two years from the date of purchase.

1. Wrist Wready is very confident you will be thrilled with your purchase. In the event you need to return or exchange merchandise you've ordered, please read the information below on how we can further assist you.
2. We can ONLY accept the return of merchandise that is returned in the exact same condition when it left our business. Sorry,  there will be No Exceptions. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
3. We offer a return privilege on our items, which allows you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be pre-approved by Wrist Wready via e-mail before you can ship the returned item. A Return For Inspection (RFI) approval code is required for a return and will be issued via e-mail after certain criteria are met.
4. Returns must be packaged in the same manner when it left our possession with all original documentation including a copy of your invoice. Returns must be insured for the original purchase price and shipped via United States Postal Service Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, or Fed Ex Next Day Air. The RFI code must be noted on the invoice/copy inside the package. We strongly recommend you do NOT put the word "Watches", "Jewelry", or "Swiss" on the outside of the package. "W Wready" is a perfect substitute for the recipient. Return Tracking Numbers must be e-mailed at the time of shipment.
